Opened audio/visual or multimedia resources (CDs, DVDs) are not eligible for a refund due to copyright concerns.
Media products purchased as downloadable files are non-refundable.

Shipping Information

Festiva Shop TV asks that you carefully confirm your address and order details before submitting. Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be modified or changed, as we begin processing orders in our warehouse immediately.

Flat Rate Shipping: Based on the weight, destination, and items ordered, we will determine whether the package ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class, or USPS Media Mail. Depending on the chosen shipping method, delivery may take additional days after processing.

Neither Festiva Shop TV nor the carriers consider Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays as business days.
